Q: What are RamRods?

A: RamRods are a narrow diameter stabilizer created by Olympic and International archery medalists. Please view our product information videos here for more information about what makes our products unique.

Q: Where are RamRods Made?

A: Ramrods stabilizers are designed and hand built in southern California by the owners of the company. 

Q: What is your warranty?

A: We guarantee that our products will arrive free of defects and in perfect working order. If you find that there is anything wrong with your order or something doesn’t seem right please send us an email and we will make it right and make sure you are completely satisfied with your products. Shipping and orders

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?

A: Most of our products are made to order, meaning we begin handcrafting each product after you order it. While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible we always prioritize quality and consistency in our process. Most of our stabilizer products can ship in 2-14 days for customer orders of 1-2 sets. Dealer orders or large customer orders take more time. 3D printed products typically ship in 2-4 weeks. *international customers should be aware that their countries customs agency may cause delays to the delivery times*

Q: I paid for expedited shipping but my order hasn’t shipped yet, what’s going on?

A: Don’t worry we didn’t forget you! Most of our products are custom built for each customer, that means it takes a few days to have them built and ready to ship. Once your products have been finished they will ship according to the method you selected.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: When you place your order, you should receive two emails. One at the time that you place your order and then a second one when your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please send us an email and we will verify that your order went through correctly.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: For domestic orders over $50 we offer free shipping that is shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Orders under $50 ship at a $7 flat rate. For international orders over $500 we offer free shipping. For orders under $500 we charge a $50 flat rate. 

Q: I don’t see international shipping to my country on the website, do you sell internationally?

A: We are working on setting up our website for international orders in as many countries as possible. In the meantime please send us an email at Ramrodsarchery@gmail.com and we will either prepare your order manually or put you in contact with a dealer that covers your country. We do ship to Europe, currently however customers will be responsible for paying their own customs on delivery. 

 

Sponsorships, discounts and prostaff

Q: I would like to be sponsored by RamRods, how can I do that?

A: Our 2021 prostaff application process will begin in the fall of 2020. 

Q: How get my College or JOAD archery program sponsored by RamRods?

A: We are working on coming out with some programs to support all the college and JOAD archers out there. In the meantime, please send us an email at Ramrodsarchery@gmail.com and we will see if we can work something out for you.

Q: How do I become a dealer or learn more about your products?

A: Email us at ramrodsarchery@gmail.com. Currently Lancaster Archery distributes in the USA and JVD distributes internationally. 

Q: What are your lead times?

A: Lead times vary depending on product and volume ordered. Most orders are completed in 2-6 weeks.

Q: What is your dealer pricing?
